ABOUT THE HOST
I grew up around the real estate business and as a kid, helped my dad with his rental properties on the weekends. I spent my summers at my grandparents place in Margate, and now I live down the shore full time.
I formerly owned and operated several service businesses in my hometown of Cherry Hill, NJ. I’m no stranger to hard work and I always put the best interests of my customers first.
I operate my own short term rental property, so I understand the complexities and what is needed to ensure a hassle-free rental experience for homeowners and guests alike. After a family friend asked if I’d manage his property, I decided to start Host House, so other property owners could benefit from my management services.
THE DIFFERENCE
Traditionally folks on the island rented their house out for a month at a time. With the online travel sites growing in popularity we’re now seeing a lot more families who want to come for a week or two instead.
Not only can I make owners more money than doing month to month rentals, but I can also help them with every aspect of property management! I have a strong understanding of the shore market, and feel strongly you will be satisfied with the level of service we provide to you and your guests.
